Oak Ridge leaders, community discuss safety in the Scarboro community

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Oak Ridge city leaders met with the Scarboro community Monday night to discuss safety concerns months after a 10 were injured in a shooting and stabbing Memorial Day weekend.
