SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — Police in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville are warning participants coming to town for the Slammedenuff Sevierville car show that parking lot meet-ups outside of the show are not welcome.
The Slammedenuff Sevierville car show is scheduled to take place at the Sevierville Convention Center on Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Visitors left disappointed as shutdown impacts Great Smoky Mountains National Park
On Thursday, Sevierville Police posted on social media to welcome event visitors but warn that there are no pre- or post-event meetups that have been authorized in city limits. Additionally, the department said it is also not aware of any local businesses that are allowing their parking areas or property to be used for gathering locations.
