KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – With a busy weekend ahead in downtown Knoxville, a new safety feature installed late last year is creating mixed feelings for some businesses.
The retractable bollards near Market Square go up on the weekends to keep cars out and to keep pedestrians safe.
