SEVIER COUNTY, Tenn. — AT&T is changing their landline services. Several communities in East Tennessee, especially those in the mountains rely on landlines. In these so called “dead zones” people have little cellular or internet services or none at all.
William and Sandy Phillips live in the mountains of Sevier County. While they have a cell phone, it doesn’t work in or near their home.
