Pellissippi State Community College has been named one of the top 200 community colleges in the United States. This recognition makes the college eligible to compete for the 2027 Aspen Prize for Community College Excellence. The award, in its ninth cycle, recognizes two-year institutions for student retention, completion, transfer rates, and post-graduation outcomes. The prize includes a $1 million award for colleges with strong student results.
