Teen charged after stabbing reported at Halls High School

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — One student was injured and another is facing an assault charge after a reported stabbing at Halls High School.

Knox County deputies responded to the school Monday morning. Investigators found that a 16-year-old boy stabbed a 15-year-old boy during barbering class.

Oklahoma man faces charge after endoscopes stolen from East Tennessee hospital

The victim was transported to East Tennessee Children’s Hospital with injuries that were not life threatening. The 16-year-old has been charged with aggravated assault.
