Thanks to the efforts of multiple law enforcement agencies, a toddler from East Tennessee is back with her mother and the toddler’s father and alleged gun thief is behind bars.
John-Anthony Tyler Beal, 27, of Fairview, was arrested on Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Food Lion in Ashland City for three counts of possession of firearms by a convicted felon, ending two months of worry for the East Tennessee woman who just wanted to get her daughter back safe.
According to the mother, Beal, who is the father of the toddler, shares custody of the child and has a custody agreement with her. Beal was scheduled to have the child for two weeks, ending on Wednesday, Aug. 20.
