KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Potholes are every driver’s nightmare, and we’ve all hit one. Sometimes they’re well hidden on roads, and other times, you don’t see them until it’s too late. That’s what happened to a single mom on her way home from work last month.
Ann Marie Cooper is now fighting the contractor’s insurance. While her car is going to be repaired by the subcontractor’s insurance company, the offer presented by Travelers Insurance does not meet her expectations, far from it.
