Starting at 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2025, the northbound exit ramp from Alcoa Highway (US 129/SR 115) to John Sevier Highway (SR 168) in Knox County will move to its permanent location. The new exit will be just after the bridge over the Little River.
