KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Across Knoxville on Sunday, bikers took part in a national bike ride that is part scavenger hunt and part food drive — “Cranksgiving.”
For the event, teams of riders visited grocery stores across Knoxville to collect food items that all went to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee.
