KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – When Grant Groscost was in medical school at the University of Tennessee, he never would have guessed that his passion would be his future.
“There was a lot of internal conflict between what I was going to school for because I felt like pushed to go in a certain direction just growing up with the family that I did. But I don’t know, I always just loved this food service and serving people,” Groscost said.
Now he is the sous chef for the Sigma Chi fraternity house on campus at UT, but cooking isn’t all he does at work…
