KNOXVILLE, Tenn — According to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Dalton Swanger’s tracheal resection surgery has been scheduled for later this month.
Including the surgery Swanger underwent this week, he has undergone six surgeries since August, according to KCSO, and until his next surgery, he will continue undergoing dilation procedures to keep his airway open.
