KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Google has once again released its “Year in Search,” revealing the most searched terms in multiple categories.
From Vols football to Universal Studios theme park, these are the most Googled tickets in Knoxville for 2025.
5. Savannah Bananas
The Savannah Bananas are a popular exhibition baseball team that has sold out stadiums across the United States. They are scheduled to play in Neyland Stadium in 2026. Founded in 2016, their games have quirky rules, choreographed dances and players on stilts.

4. Tennessee Volunteers football vs. Syracuse Orange football
In East Tennessee, we love the Vols, so it’s no surprise that one of their games made the list. Tennessee ended up winning this game 45-26 and finishing the regular season 8-4.
3. Redneck Brawl
In February, the Knoxville Civic Coliseum hosted the Redneck Brawl Appalachian Throwdown. It included “Mountain Mamma women fights,” comedians Catfish Cooley and Andrew Conn and much more.
2. Make America Slime Again Tour, NBA YoungBoy
This Louisiana rapper was pardoned by Trump for gun-related charges. This tour supported his album MASA. He performed in Bridgestone Arena in Nashville in October, selling it out.
