ALCOA, Tenn. (WVLT) – The City of Alcoa is set to open a Costco and a Holiday Inn, and while some people are excited for the additions, others are concerned about all the extra traffic.
The city said roads in the development area, known as Spring Brook Farm, already has pre-designed roads to help ease with traffic flow.
