KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The area south of the Tennessee River has been a lifetime home for many residents. Sylvia Woods is one of those people.
Woods said the area attracts people who tend to stay because of its proximity to amenities. However, she also has concerns about the infrastructure needed to support new development.
