On Wednesday, TITANS Unit detectives arrested Scott Horton Jr., 30, and Donald House, 37, on Lafayette Street. Police found three handguns, cocaine, and fentanyl in their possession. One of the handguns had been reported stolen from Louisville.
Horton is wanted in connection with a November 3 shooting on University Court, where he is accused of acting as a getaway driver. He faces multiple charges, including felony weapon possession, and is being held on a $99,000 bond. House is also in custody on a $76,000 bond and faces similar drug and weapon charges…
