ALCOA, Tenn. — The sights and sounds of construction are common in Alcoa these days, as the city works to expand its Springbrook Farm development.
Parents tell 10News they aren’t happy with what’s to come in the area, specifically a Costco, hotel and distillery that is set to be built close to the campus of Alcoa City Schools.
