A 57-year-old Knoxville man, Steven Dockery, has been arrested following a fatal hit-and-run collision with a motorcycle on Clinton Highway, local authorities report. The Knoxville Police Department (KPD) responded to the incident at the intersection of Clinton Highway and Bradshaw Garden Road on Saturday afternoon, according to WVLT. Early reports indicate that the crash occurred when a black Chevrolet Uplander, purportedly driven by Dockery, was traveling north and attempted to turn left onto Bradshaw Garden Road.
