A recent Knoxville Police Department operation led to the arrest of a 45-year-old woman, Rosanne Foster, following the execution of two search warrants by the Organized Crime Unit. The raids, part of a larger investigation into drug distribution, took place in East Knoxville homes on Thursday.
According to a social media post by the Knoxville Police Department, the operation uncovered multiple illicit items including drugs, firearms, cash, and drug paraphernalia. The search at Speedway Circle residence yielded about 35 grams of crack cocaine, 17 grams of marijuana, a loaded handgun, multiple cell phones, over $1,700 in cash, and related paraphernalia.
