CAMPBELL COUNTY, Tenn. — Campbell County leaders approved a resolution Monday aimed at improving safety and traffic flow on Old Highway 63 between Caryville and LaFollette.
The road is heavily travelled by residents across the county, including Michelle Lynch, the wife of the Campbell County Mayor.
“I could drive from my house up the valley near the Lee’s Food Mart #9 to work in about 15 minutes and usually about 20 minutes to get home,” Michelle Lynch said. “Now, when you drive that stretch of road, especially going home from work, you could spend 30 minutes going one mile.”…
