KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputies took a man into custody Monday after a 28-minute, 100 mph chase, according to court documents obtained by WVLT News.
It happened Monday around 11:30 p.m., an incident report said, when deputies responded to a “suspicious person” at the Burger King on Schaeffer Road in West Knox County.
“Employees of Burger King believed the male driver to be intoxicated and stated he was acting strange,” the report said.
