ROCKY TOP, Tenn. (WATE) — A man and two juveniles are facing charges after the Rocky Top Police Department said they threw rocks at vehicles on I-75.
According to police, on December 19 and 20 someone threw rocks at vehicles driving along I-75, damaging several vehicles and placing motorists in danger.

According to arrest warrants, when officers responded to the report of a damaged vehicle on December 20, they were met by a victim whose windshield was busted. The victim also showed officers the rock that struck a passenger in the stomach. There were also two children, a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old, in the vehicle.
While they were at the scene, officers received a call about a suspicious vehicle in a nearby neighborhood. The caller reported that several people fled the area after parking the car.
