KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A new law that goes into effect on Thursday, Jan. 1 is aiming to help protect people from domestic violence.
Earlier this year, Governor Bill Lee signed “Savanna’s Law” to create a public registry of domestic violence offenders in Tennessee.
