Knox County, TN (WOKI / WVLT) – A man is arrested after shooting at a Tennessee State Trooper.
THP says that Trooper Travis Vaughn attempted to stop a Ford pick-up that was speeding Sunday afternoon on I-75 Southbound near the East Emory Road exit in Powell.
