KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — East Tennessee’s restaurant community is mourning the loss of a well-known local leader.
Chad Kennedy, the founder of Kennedy Concepts and a driving force behind several popular Knoxville and Gatlinburg restaurants, has died at the age of 48. The company confirmed his death on Monday.
