KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help finding a missing 22-year-old woman who was last seen on Wednesday.
According to the sheriff’s office, Sarah Johnston was reported missing just after midnight Friday. She was last seen on Wednesday in the 1100 block of Copperwood Lane. Because of personal conditions, the sheriff’s office said Johnston may be prevented from returning safely on her own.

Johnston does not own a vehicle, and investigators do not know if she left her home on foot or got a ride from someone. It is also unknown what she was wearing when she went missing. Johnston has a heart tattoo under her left eyebrow.
