CLINTON, Tenn. (WATE) — The criminal case against a former guidance counselor at Clinton High School in connection to a grade-changing scandal moved forward following a preliminary hearing on Friday.
The case against Carrie Jenkins, 43, has been bound over to a grand jury. She faces two counts of destruction or tampering with government records, a Class E felony.
