Clinton, Tennessee – Friday, Clay D. Turpin, age 27, pled guilty to nine (9) charges of Falsification of Educational Records which is classified as a Class A Misdemeanor. Mr. Turpin received a sentence of 11 months and 29 days suspended to supervised probation with judicial
