KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A Popeyes is under construction near Knoxville’s Bearden area, according to city records.
City records show applications for building permits at the address for a project titled “Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.” The restaurant is going in at 7355 Kingston Pike. That’s near West Town Mall on a plot next door to a Zipps car wash.
