KPD: Detroit man charged with murder in deadly I-640 shooting arrested in Michigan after manhunt

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Police Department confirmed they arrested a man wanted on a 17-count indictment, including two counts of first-degree murder, in Michigan on Monday.

Dashonn Moten is indicted in the murders of 33-year-old Troy Hutchison and 25-year-old Rodrell Jeter on I-640 on Nov. 16, 2025.
