KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Knoxville Police Department said charges are pending after a “serious” crash involving a KAT bus on Wednesday.
KPD said officers tried to stop a stolen car from Loudon County on E. Summit Hill Drive around 5:30 p.m.
The driver, identified as 45-year-old Jessica Hudgins, did not stop and led officers on a short chase until the car “clipped a KAT bus at the intersection of Hall of Fame Drive and Church Avenue.”…
