The section of Cumberland Avenue that borders the University of Tennessee (UT) campus is known to students and townies alike as the Strip. Hub Knoxville is a multi-tower community that houses about 2,000 students on more than four acres. Developed by Core Spaces and Schenk+, this is the largest private student development in Knoxville’s history.
Since so many students living off campus are here, it made sense for UT’s Vol Dining to find a way to serve them, and it turned out to be a great way to make Vol Dining part of the larger Knoxville community at the same time.
