MADISONVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Madisonville Police Department said a Knox County man has been arrested after he was indicted on a statutory rape charge.
MPD said an investigation started last August after a juvenile victim reported allegations of sexual misconduct involving an authority figure.
