KNOXVILLE, Tenn — An Old City distillery announced Friday it will be closing its tasting room come Jan. 31 after nearly 10 years.
PostModern Spirits owners said they’ve faced many challenges in the changing environment of running a small business and this wasn’t the ending they imagined.
“To our incredible team—past and present—thank you for your passion, creativity, hard work and sharing in the dream of distilling the best spirits possible in Knoxville,” owner wrote in a social media post. “You poured your hearts into every bottle and every guest experience, and this place could not have existed without you.
