A federal indictment says two ICE agents had their vehicle rammed by an East Tennessee driver as the officers attempted to enter a construction site after surveilling the property as part of a search for illegal aliens.
Prosecutors said Alexander Bonilla-Servin, 18, of Smyrna faces several charges including some based on the crash, according to court information. Information presented in federal court in Knoxville says 33-year-old Tyler Shane Wells of Morristown also conspired to protect illegal aliens at the Hardin Valley construction project.
