KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released statistics from a busy weekend which saw a winter storm hit East Tennessee.
From Friday afternoon through Sunday night, THP’s Knoxville detachment responded to 70 crashes. Of those, 14 involved injuries. Additionally, troopers helped 32 drivers on roadways amid dangerous driving conditions from the storm.
