KNOXVILLE, Tenn — David Wortham has worked through many snowstorms during his nearly 28-year tenure at the Tennessee Department of Transportation. He has worked a lot of crashes, but one on Saturday near TDOT headquarters in Knoxville left more than tire marks in the snow.
“One of our help truck drivers actually witnessed this crash from the other side of the road, and it was right here near our building,” Wortham said.
