KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A man from Kodak posing as a contractor has taken money from another customer, but failed to complete his work. What 6 News was told about Samuel Coleman from one of his customers a few months ago matches up with another customer who did business with Coleman nearly a year ago.
Patrick Goswitz hired Coleman 11 months ago to make repairs at a house in Knoxville. Today, he regrets his decision.
“I wanted him to do paint, cabinets, decks, floor work… wanted him to do a basic remodel on a house, fix and flip,” said Goswitz. “When I went to go check on the project, I thought, ‘Oh, my gosh. He has not done anything.’ He kept saying, ‘Oh, don’t worry.’”…
