KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – Knoxville City Council approved funding to help the Tennessee Department of Transportation upgrade intersections and bike lanes on East Magnolia Avenue in East Knoxville.
The TDOT plan will add new crosswalks at three intersections on East Magnolia Avenue: Jessamine Street, Winona Street and N. Bertrand Street.
