MARYVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A new Italian restaurant in Maryville is opening its doors to the public and is one of the many businesses that have come to call Greenway Village home in the last year.
Greenway Village is a development project in downtown Maryville, and has already welcomed around eight new businesses, serving as a sign that more people are looking to grow in Maryville.

“It felt more rural before and now it’s kind of building up. It’s feeling a little more congested and a little more city-like,” said resident and local barista Andrew Floyd.
