KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A radio personality in Knoxville plays a tremendous role in bringing the sound and soul of jazz to the airwaves.
The morning commute for Brian Clay, if you want to call it that, starts with a coffee from his kitchen and then a short stroll to his radio setup in his living room to broadcast classic and modern jazz on Knoxville’s WJZF.
