KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – A woman who regularly visits Ijams Nature Center says a man followed her on the trail last month, and she later recognized him in photos released by Knoxville Police Department.
The woman, whose name is Heather, asked that her last name not be used out of fear of retaliation.
