Charges against men accused of interfering with Hardin Valley ICE operation should be tossed, filling argues

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The attorneys representing Tyler Wells and Alexander Bonilla-Servin want most of their charges tossed, claiming the charges are unconstitutional or unlawful. The two men are accused of forcibly stopping Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers from executing a raid at a Hardin Valley construction site in January.
