The City requested the transfer of the parcel at no cost in 2004 and again in 2023. Due to recent conversations with DOE, the City has decided to suspend the public planning process for the ED-6 parcel until the parcel is made available and there is a better understanding of what, if any, stipulations could accompany a potential transfer from DOE.
