Tennessee’s men finished sixth and women ninth in the Southeastern Conference indoor track championships at Texas A&M Thursday through Saturday. Arkansas won the men’s title and Florida was first among the women.
The Vols dominated the men’s pole vault. Ismaila Sawaneh, a freshman from France, won the vault with 18 feet, 11.5 inches. Cade Gray was second at 18-9.5, Evan Puckett tied for fifth at 17-11 and Blake Sifferlin placed seventh at 17-11.
