KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Southwest Airlines has officially begun flying through McGhee Tyson Airport in East Tennessee.
Beginning on March 5, flyers with Southwest can fly daily from Knoxville to Nashville, Baltimore, Dallis, and Orlando. In April, Southwest will also be adding seasonal round-trip service to Denver International Airport on Saturdays and Sundays.

Governor Bill Lee was one of the first passengers to arrive at McGhee Tyson Airport on a Southwest airlines flight.
