Timeline announced for Chapman Highway safety improvements in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The city of Knoxville expects the improvements to a section of Chapman Highway to be complete by March 2031.

The city anticipates that design work and right-of-way acquisition will take about four years and that construction will start in 2030, the city said Monday.
