KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — A disabled military veteran was just days away from refinancing his VA loan with a “streamlined” new loan when the closing was called off.
Larry Miller, a retired Army Staff Sergeant, is a disabled veteran and has lived at his home for 11 years. He wanted to take advantage of the VA’s Interest Rate Reduction Refinance Loan, allowing him to use his existing VA loan to restructure a new one.
