KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — A new wellness experience centered around heat, cold and relaxation has opened its doors on Jennings Avenue.
Sauna House Knoxville, a Nordic-style spa, officially opened on Feb. 27, offering what owners call “contrast therapy” — a practice that cycles between hot saunas and cold-water plunges.
