KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Some patients and staff at the University of Tennessee Medical Center were relocated and evaluated after a “limited safety incident” on March 18, according to a UT Medical spokesperson.
UT Medical’s spokesperson said that cleaning products were “inadvertently” mixed in an unoccupied patient room, which caused a brief irritant.
